"Everybody can be great... because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love."    -Martin Luther King Jr.

In our small community there is always a need for volunteering. The recent effect of the slow economy has hit Athens County hard, and many agencies and organizations are stretching budgets to help our residents. If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering, please contact the Athens County Mobility Coordinator who can discuss your desire to support and help our community.

Click on the examples below to contact local organizations that can always use volunteers.
